The username is your last name and the password is your UA Card Number. There are no capital letters, spaces or apostrophes in the login name. For example: if your last name is O'Neill then your user name would be oneill. If your last name is Van Duren, then your user name is simply vanduren. If you do not have a UA Card Number, please contact the Sprinkler Fitters Local 483 Union Office and they will provide you with your temporary password. Thank you.
